Title: Substitute Teacher Location: NLC(James Madison) and BTI (Northgate Plaza) Schedule: Varied Classification: Sunstitute Salary: $150.00/day Benefits: This position is not eligible for benefits Position Summary: The substitute teacher will ensure continuity of education by stepping in for an absent teacher, implementing lesson plans, maintaining a safe and orderly classroom environment, and managing student behavior.

Duties and Responsibilities

Deliver the absent teachers lesson plan Maintain class order and a safe learning environment Supervise students Qualification Requirements: Strong communication skills Ability to form positive relationships with students must be able to pass a background check Education and Experience: A short-call substitute teaching license is available to individuals who hold either a bachelor's degree or are enrolled in a teacher preparation program.
