Chemical Plant Operator

The Production Operator supports the safe, efficient operation of the production process and equipment used in the manufacture of LSPI’s flow-improver products. Production Operators perform a range of production activities including equipment operation, material handling, quality checks, and basic equipment care in accordance with established procedures, safety standards, and production requirements.

Incumbents contribute to consistent product quality and reliable plant operations through effective execution, communication, and coordination across plant functions. Works under the supervision of the Shift Foreman. Role may include other duties as assigned. This is a safety sensitive position working a rotating 12-hour shift.
