We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team on 1st shift (7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.) We currently have both full-time and part-time opportunities available, each offering a consistent schedule. Available Schedules Full-Time | 1st Shift: 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. Friday, Saturday & Sunday Assisted Living Weekend Premium Position – receive additional weekend premium pay for working every Saturday and Sunday Consistent three-day schedule Part-Time | 1st Shift: 7:00 a.

m.–3:00 p.m. Every Friday – Memory Care Every other Saturday & Sunday – Rehab Consistent part-time schedule Position Summary In this role, you will provide nursing care and oversight while promoting the health, safety, and well-being of our residents. You’ll monitor changes in condition, administer medications and treatments, communicate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members, and help ensure exceptional resident care.

Key Responsibilities

Provide nursing care and oversight to residents Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor residents for changes in condition and respond appropriately Document care accurately and timely Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members Respond to resident needs, incidents, and emergencies Collaborate with CNAs and other care staff to ensure quality outcomes Support infection control and safety standards Qualifications Current North Carolina RN or LPN license required Current CPR/BLS certification required Previous experience in assisted living, skilled nursing, rehab, memory care, or long-term care preferred Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills Excellent communication and documentation abilities A passion for working with older adults Why Join Well-Spring?
