As a District Manager, you will be at the forefront of the exciting new ECHO Suites Extended Stay by Wyndham rollout, commanding an evolving portfolio with opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Position Overview

The District Manager provides operational oversight for 4 to 5 extended-stay hotel locations primarily along Florida's fast-growing I-4 corridor. This unique portfolio includes properties currently open, in late-stage development, and under active construction. As our footprint expands, this role carries a strong probability of geographic growth and added property responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Maximize revenue, control labor and operating costs, and optimize bottom-line profits across all assigned hotels. Operational Excellence: Maintain guest satisfaction while ensuring full compliance with both company and franchise standards. Talent Leadership: Oversee property-level staffing, mentor General Managers, and foster an environment rooted in honesty, integrity, and accountability.

Sales & Growth: Partner with and support localized sales initiatives to maximize regional occupancy and market share. New Openings: Play an active, vital role in successfully onboarding and opening new construction properties as they transition into active operations.

Qualifications

& Requirements Experience: Proven multi-location experience is preferred, specifically within the extended-stay hotel sector or a closely related hospitality environment. Location: This is a home-based/field role. Candidates must permanently reside within the Greater Orlando / Central Florida area. Travel: Ability to handle frequent and sometimes extended travel within the State of Florida ( approximately 60% travel required ).

Leadership Style: Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of motivating and inspiring diverse teams in a fast-paced, shifting environment. Core Values: Candidates must possess a high degree of emotional intelligence, with honesty and integrity serving as the absolute foundation of their management style.
