Manager, Carrier Operations Quality Management

Our partner is looking for a Manager, Carrier Operations Quality Management based in the United States. The Manager, Carrier Operations Quality Management will lead quality assurance, auditing, and oversight activities across delegated insurance operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, contractual obligations, and internal policies.

This role offers the opportunity to strengthen operational controls, mitigate risk, and enhance the quality and consistency of insurance services. You will oversee risk-based audit programs, assess performance metrics, and translate findings into actionable recommendations that drive continuous improvement. Working closely with internal business leaders and external partners, you will ensure effective governance across claims, policy administration, customer service, and other critical functions.

You will also lead and develop a high-performing quality management team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence. This is a fully remote opportunity with periodic travel across the United States and Canada, offering broad organizational impact in a dynamic and evolving insurance environment.
