Donation Coordinator

LifeSource is seeking a Critical Care Organ Donation Coordinator to engage in on-site facilitation of organ donation opportunities by providing clinical care to the donor, prompt professional coordination with the hospital team, and compassion throughout the event honoring the gift of life. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your ED or critical care RN or Respiratory Therapist experience in a different way.

This position will be based out of Fargo, ND with travel as needed for case activity. Night shift: 8pm-8am. (start date: Nov. 9, 2026)
