• (8-4:30p) and (10-6:30p) The Environmental Services Technician is a member of the CTCA Environmental Services team and is responsible for performing established standard cleaning procedures to provide non-medical sanitation support in assigned unit of the hospital. This position operates equipment and utilizes necessary tools, products, and supplies to complete general cleaning duties with a goal of providing a safe, attractive, environment for patients, visitors, and employees within the hospital. Duties may include, but are not limited to, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning light fixtures and furniture and emptying trash for assigned unit. Minimum Job Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred Experience: Healthcare Environmental Services experience preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Must be able to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions.
