Facility Management Executive

Job Roles & Responsibilities: Attend to breakdown calls for Building & Facilities Management Systems Troubleshoot and provide remedial measures to breakdown calls, feedback/complaint Perform basic and ad-hoc Mechanical & Electrical, Building Repairs and Maintenance minor works Carry out remedial measures including handyman services and minor defects rectification Monitor contractors, suppliers and project works Assist in supervising the performance of various contractors Provide logistics support for events and other assigned tasks carry out inspection periodically using checklists on Building, Mechanical & Electrical systems Carry out routine daily checks and recording of water meter readings Carry out periodic Preventive Maintenance (PM) programme Requirements Job Requirements: Nitec in Mechanical & Electrical, Facilities Building Services or the equivalent; or Minimum 3 years of relevant hands-on experience in operating and maintaining buildings or facilities with relevant competency and experience in the area of Building, Mechanical & Electrical Services Ability to speak and write English well and possess basic IT literacy.
