Construction Services Sr. Project Manager

EBI Consulting has an immediate need for a full-time Sr. Project Manager in our Construction Services group. The Sr. Project Manager will complete detailed evaluations of a wide variety of construction and renovation projects nationwide for leading construction lenders and investors. Additionally, this position will visit construction sites and oversee the lifecycle of Construction Monitoring projects, including milestone tracking and report production.

This role serves as a technical lead, ensuring that deliverables meet client expectations and industry standards. The Sr. Project Manager collaborates with internal teams and clients to manage multiple concurrent projects, with a focus on construction plan and cost reports.
