Dental Hygienist

Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) — 1 Day/Week Fridays only. $70-$75/hr Guaranteed + Bonus | Fee-for-Service Boutique Practice | Lincoln Square, Chicago We’re looking for a skilled, personable Registered Dental Hygienist to join us one day a week. You’ll have your own column, a supportive team behind you, and real time with each patient.

Fee-for-service means no rushing through the schedule.

Compensation

You’ll earn a base of $70–$75 per hour, depending on experience, or 25% of your net collections for the day, whichever is higher. Your base is guaranteed, and productive days pay more. What You’ll Do: Perform prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and periodontal maintenance Complete periodontal charting, oral cancer screenings, and patient assessments Take and review radiographs and intraoral images Educate patients on home care and help them understand recommended treatment Keep accurate clinical notes and charting in Open Dental Join the morning team huddle and help keep the day running smoothly Follow infection-control and sterilization protocols Wat We’re Looking For: Active Illinois RDH license Current CPR/BLS certification Illinois local anesthesia permit preferred 1+ years of clinical hygiene experience; fee-for-service experience a plus Open Dental experience preferred Warm chairside manner, strong patient communication, and dependable attendance What We Offer: $70–$75/hr base (depending on experience) or 25% of net collections, whichever is higher Consistent 1-day schedule with no evenings or weekends Paid sick leave per the Chicago Paid Leave and Paid Sick Leave Ordinance A boutique practice where you have time to deliver excellent care Ready to enjoy hygiene again?
