ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2022 and is home to a team of four. My journey with State Farm began long before that — I worked as a team member for eight years and come from a strong State Farm family. My father, uncles, and husband are all part of the organization, so becoming an agent was something I always knew I wanted to do.

I’m married with a two-year-old daughter, and we’re deeply rooted in the Prior Lake community. We stay active through the local Chamber of Commerce, support the high school and Savage area, and participate in multiple sponsorships throughout the year. We offer a relaxed, team-oriented environment with perks like casual Fridays, team happy hours, and regular outings.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
