Position – Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Location: Montello Care Center– Montello, WI (on-site position) Status: Full-Time | Part-Time | PRN Schedule: Days | PMs | NOCs | Weekends – True Flexible scheduling - you choose what fits your schedule _________________________________________________________ Job Summary: The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will provide patient/resident care as required under the direct supervision of the licensed nurse.

The CNA at Montello Care Center completes assigned tasks to ensure timely, efficient and safe patient/resident care. Communication and interactions with patients, residents, families and other health team members is an essential component of this position. _________________________________________________________ Compensation: CNA base hourly wage: $18.

00 – $21.11 per hour dependent on experience PLUS shift differentials - $2.00 per hour PM shift and $2.50 per hour NOC shift -OR- CNA Weekend Warrior: CNA base hourly wage: $18.00 – $22.28 per hour dependent on experience Weekend Warrior Program – choose one of the following 3 levels: Select Level: base hourly wage +$5.

Implements plan of care developed by the Registered Nurse based on patient/resident physical, psychosocial, cultural, ethnic and religious/spiritual needs. Provides direct patient/resident care and reports condition and changes to RN or LPN. Demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks. Document results of patient/resident care within established policies, procedures and scope of practice.
