Key Responsibilities. Technical Architecture & Customization. System Customization: Configure and customize core OSC frameworks, modules, workspaces, and complex business workflows. Component Development: Build high-performance UI widgets, server-side extensions, and custom storefront/agent portal components.API & System Integration: Design and maintain seamless REST/SOAP API integrations between OSC and third-party systems like ERPs, CRMs, and Payment Gateways.

Performance Optimization: Conduct deep-dive troubleshooting, code reviews, and system modifications to minimize latency during high-traffic periods. Team Leadership & Project Execution. Code Governance: Enforce high code-quality standards, security compliance, and uniform coding frameworks across the engineering team.Mentorship: Guide, up-skill, and mentor junior developers through pair programming and structured technical workshops.
