About The Job

The Billing Executive plays a crucial role in the company's financial operations by managing billing processes and ensuring timely collection of payments. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and communication skills. The specialist will collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate invoicing, resolve billing discrepancies, and optimize accounts receivable processes.

A Typical Day Will Include

• Generate accurate and timely invoices.
• Manage accounts receivable, tracking and reconciling balances.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes promptly.
• Communicate with customers to address inquiries.
• Generate reports for analysis and insights.
• Stay informed on industry regulations and compliance.
• Monitor and track outstanding customer balances.
• Provide management with insights to optimize the billing and accounts receivable processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in billing and accounts receivable roles.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
