About The Job
The Billing Executive plays a crucial role in the company's financial operations by managing billing processes and ensuring timely collection of payments. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and communication skills. The specialist will collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate invoicing, resolve billing discrepancies, and optimize accounts receivable processes.
A Typical Day Will Include
- Generate accurate and timely invoices.
- Manage accounts receivable, tracking and reconciling balances.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes promptly.
- Communicate with customers to address inquiries.
- Generate reports for analysis and insights.
- Stay informed on industry regulations and compliance.
- Monitor and track outstanding customer balances.
- Provide management with insights to optimize the billing and accounts receivable processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in billing and accounts receivable roles.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
