Relationship Manager - Agency

Position: Agency Manager Department: Agency Sales Experience: 2 to 5 Years Location: As per business requirement Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Agency Manager to drive sales through the agency channel. The candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, developing, and managing a team of insurance advisors/agents to achieve business targets and ensure quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit and onboard insurance advisors/agents. Train, motivate, and support agents to achieve sales targets. Drive business growth through the agency channel. Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and customers. Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and guidance. Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and operational processes.

Conduct regular field visits and joint sales calls with agents. Generate leads and support agents in converting prospects into customers. Eligibility Criteria Graduate in any discipline. Minimum 2 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably in Insurance, BFSI, Banking, NBFC, or Agency Channel. Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Willingness to travel for business development activities.
