Maintenance Technician — Friendsview Life Plan Community Location: Newberg, OR Starting Wage: $24.09–$26.10/hour, depending on experience Employment Type: Full-time Build Something Meaningful. Friendsview Life Plan Community is looking for a Maintenance Technician to help keep our community safe, comfortable, and running smoothly for our residents. This is more than a maintenance job. Work as a Team: Partner with your supervisor and fellow technicians to complete work efficiently and keep the community running smoothly. Use Your Tools: Operate, care for, and maintain tools and equipment so they're ready when you need them. Put Safety First: Follow safety procedures and help create a safe environment for residents, visitors, and coworkers.

Manage Work Orders: Track maintenance requests, document completed work, and communicate job status with the team. Help Others Learn: Assist with training and orienting new team members. No two maintenance days are exactly alike—and you'll get to use both your technical skills and your creativity. What You Bring 2–4 years of experience in maintenance or a related field Valid Driver License and acceptable driving record Comfortable using hand and power tools and troubleshooting basic problems Strong communication and teamwork skills High school diploma or equivalent Ability to pass a background check, DMV check, and drug test Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 35 pounds Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods Ability to perform the physical tasks associated with general building maintenance Ready to Make an Impact?
