Webb Rd, Wichita, KS 67207 Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5:30 pm, Every third Saturday from 10 am - 3 pm Responsibilities: -Assists the Property Manager with all on-site property operations -Ensure tenant renewals are being captured at the highest rate possible -Responsible for building and maintaining a resident relations program -Ensures property is leased at or above market occupancy at proper rent levels by showing and leasing apartments -Assists Property Manager in ensuring all property marketing is current, accurate and at its greatest effect What We Offer You:

• High school diploma or equivalent - 1+ years' experience in an assistant manager or manager role
• Experience in multifamily housing industry required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Customer service experience required
• Sales experience a plus
• Must have excellent computer skills
• Have excellent verbal and written communication
