YOUR ROLE

As our Food Service Manager - Restaurant Supervisor, you make a meaningful difference as you confidently lead our FOH and BOH teams to greatness! You ensure every aspect of our restaurant is exceptional, driving improvements in our food service operations and customer service processes.

Your responsibilities

include opening and closing the restaurant, maintaining a well-stocked inventory, and creating prep lists. Delegating tasks throughout the day, you keep your teams moving and productive. You motivate your team, ensure the restaurant is clean and the kitchen is organized, and engage with customers to elevate the overall experience and encourage repeat business.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Restaurant management experience
• FOH experience
• Customer service experience
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Motivation to grow and ability to drive results
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week, including some weekends

Our ideal candidate has BOH experience and is ServSafe certified.

YOUR HOURS

Our Food Service Manager - Restaurant Supervisor works 8- to 9-hour shiftsbetween the hours of6:00 am to 4:00 pmwithtwo days off per week.
