Novo Building Products is seeking experienced CDL-A Regional Drivers to support our regional delivery operations. Drivers in this role operate dedicated tractors, serve established customer routes, and play an important role in ensuring on-time deliveries throughout the region.

$10,000 Sign-On Bonus $23-$33/hour, based on experience Annual earning potential of approximately $57,000-$91,000+ based on hourly rate and overtime hours worked Home every weekend Typically 1-2 overnights per week $45 per diem for overnight trips Dedicated tractor Newer tractors and trailers Curtain-side trailers No-touch freight No lumpers No backhauls Typical unloading wait times of less than 30 minutes Paid breaks, fueling time, and vehicle inspections Driver-focused dispatch and support Health benefits available after 60 days 401(k) with generous company match Paid time off 9 paid holidays Position Summary Drivers deliver millwork products to customers throughout a designated region using dedicated equipment and established routes.

This position offers a consistent schedule, professional work environment, and the resources needed to operate safely and efficiently. Essential Responsibilities Safely operate tractor-trailers and straight trucks as directed by the Logistics Department Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections in accordance with DOT and company requirements Maintain accurate fuel records, trip sheets, stop reports, and electronic logs Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety policies Report equipment, product, or safety concerns to the Fleet Supervisor Verify load weights and scale loads as required Oversee unloading activities and complete all delivery documentation Open and close trailer curtains and secure freight using straps as needed Assist with warehouse operations as needed Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Valid CDL-A License Minimum of 2 years of CDL-A driving experience Safe driving record Ability to meet all DOT requirements Join the Novo Team If you're an experienced CDL-A driver looking for a regional driving opportunity with a dedicated tractor, no-touch freight, and home time every weekend, we encourage you to apply and learn more about joining the Novo Building Products team.

As part of our hiring process, candidates may be required to undergo pre-employment drug testing and background checks unless prohibited by state or local law. This bonus will be awarded in three lump sum payments if attendance requirements are met; the first $3,000 will be paid 90 days after hire, the second $3,000 will be paid after six months of employment, and the remaining $4,000 will be paid after completion of one year of employment.

This signing bonus is taxable, and all regular payroll taxes will be withheld. In the event you leave Novo within 12 months of your date of hire, you will be responsible for reimbursing half of the amount paid at that time to the company. #Novoeg
