Duties & Responsibilities: Prepares construction cost estimates by doing takeoffs and analyzing all costs associated with the work. Obtains quotes from vendors and subcontractors and ensures that scopes and qualifications meet project needs.

Attends meetings and speaks with customers, professionals, suppliers and team members. Field measure and take core samples on existing buildings. Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Maintains quality service by following organization standards. Maintains continuity among corporate, division, and local work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies.
