Sr Mgr - Bus Dev-Fab Sol

Technical and commercial leader responsible for building and growing Stoughton Fabrication Solutions (SFS), a new business that manufactures structural steel components and assemblies for the transportation industry. SFS cuts, bends, and welds multiple grades of steel on-site in Stoughton, with bare or galvanized finish, and offers reverse engineering for in-service components.

This role opens new accounts, manages strategic customers, and turns opportunities into recurring, profitable revenue, first in trailers and the aftermarket, then with Tier-1 OEMs and contract manufacturing customers beyond the trailer industry.
