Key Responsibilities

1. Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
2. Provide therapeutic activities and interventions to improve daily living and functional skills
3. Assess motor, sensory, cognitive, and psychosocial needs
4. Monitor patient progress and update treatment goals as needed
5. Educate patients and families on therapy techniques, adaptive strategies, and home programs
6. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
7. Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care
8. Ensure compliance with all professional, ethical, and legal standards Qualifications:
9. Current Arizona Occupational Therapist license in good standing
10. Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
11. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
12. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
