A.T. is seeking a System Administrator to support mission-critical IT systems and infrastructure. This role will provide Tier 1/Tier 2 support, troubleshoot and maintain UNIX and Windows environments, and optimize system reliability and performance .

What You'll Do

Provide implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance support for IT systems. Manage daily configuration and operation of IT systems and infrastructure. Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution. Provide technical assistance to users accessing and utilizing IT systems.

Support day-to-day IT operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for client/server, storage, network, and mobile devices. Provide support for the escalation and communication of ticket status to agency management and internal customers. Provide support for dispatch system and hardware issues and remain involved throughout the resolution process.

Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems and install/load operating system software. Troubleshoot operating systems and network components while maintaining system integrity and reliability. Implement operating system enhancements to improve system reliability and performance. Optimize system operations and resource utilization.

Perform system capacity analysis and planning. Provide in-depth troubleshooting and problem-solving for complex IT systems. Provide detailed analysis and feedback to agency management and internal customers on escalated tickets.

Required Qualifications This position requires an active TS/SCI w/polygraph clearance Bachelor’s degree: 10 years of relevant experience required OR High school diploma: 15 years of relevant experience required Certification: Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II certification required.
