Sr. Technician
- Teleport Facility Infrastructure, is responsible for maintaining the operational integrity and safety of teleport facility infrastructure. This role ensures all systems remain fully functional and compliant with industry standards, while delivering timely support and rapid alarm response to meet or exceed defined SLA requirements. The role also provides On-Call coverage outside of standard business hours, serving as a critical point of escalation for infrastructure-related incidents.
