We are hiring motivated Canvassers to engage with homeowners, perform inspections, and generate new business through residential exterior services. What You’ll Be Doing Canvass assigned neighborhoods to identify potential customers and generate interest in exterior remodeling and repair services Engage homeowners in a professional and approachable manner to understand their needs Perform basic roof inspections and assess exterior conditions Educate homeowners on available services and solutions Set appointments and generate new business opportunities for the team Track daily activity, appointments, and sales performance Work independently in the field while managing your schedule and territory What You’ll Need 18+ years of age Valid driver’s license with a good driving record Ability to obtain a solicitation permit Comfortable with physical activity including walking neighborhoods and climbing ladders Willingness to travel locally to assigned neighborhoods and office locations Strong communication skills and a self-motivated mindset Comfortable working in a performance-based, commission-driven environment Who Is Scale.
