General Laborer – 1st Shift

Now Hiring: General Laborer – 1st Shift Manufacturing & Production Openwork is hiring a General Laborer for a manufacturing facility in Denton, TX . This is a hands-on position assisting with the production and assembly of wood products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates must have at least 1 year of manufacturing, assembly, production, or warehouse experience .

Position at a Glance: Location: Denton, TX Pay: $18.00 per hour | Weekly Pay Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Shift: 1st Shift Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Overtime: Required as needed, including 12-hour shifts and weekends What You'll Be Doing: Assist with the production and assembly of wood products.

Work in a high-volume production environment. Follow specification sheets and work instructions. Handle and move materials as needed. Check completed work for quality. Keep the work area clean and safe. Follow all safety procedures.

What You'll Need

Minimum 1 year of manufacturing, assembly, production, or warehouse experience. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to follow specification sheets. Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and performing physical work throughout the shift. Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing facility.

Reliable attendance and punctuality. Available for required overtime, including extended shifts and weekends. Bilingual English/Spanish skills strongly preferred. Work Environment: This is a hands-on, labor-intensive manufacturing position . Expect to spend the workday standing, moving materials, and performing repetitive production tasks in a non-climate-controlled facility .
