What You'll Do

Teach an elementary classroom Build strong relationships with students and families Provide engaging instruction in literacy, math, and foundational learning skills Create a positive classroom culture where students feel safe and supported Collaborate with grade-level teams and specialists Contribute to a positive school culture focused on student success What We Offer Minimum starting salary: $50,000 for educators new to the profession (The 2026�27 starting salary schedule is pending board approval or based on start date.)

Licensure / Endorsement Requirements Preferred candidates will hold one or more of the following Iowa endorsements appropriate for elementary instruction: K�6 Elementary Classroom Teacher � 102 K�8 Elementary Education � 103 K�8 Reading � 148 K�8 Social Studies � 164 K�8 Language Arts � 144 Other applicable Iowa elementary content endorsements may also be considered.

Candidates who are eligible for licensure or are currently completing an approved teacher preparation program are encouraged to apply.
