Christmas temp work in a classy hotel cocktail bar. Key Skills / Duties:

• Strong classic and signature cocktail knowledge.
• Bar table service.
• Following FiFo and stock rotation.
• Support on function bars for key events.
• Able to confidently work on a bar.
• Able to show strong personality and offer high quality service to our guests.
• Basic wine knowledge desirable.
• Immediate start required.
