Master Control Administrator

We are seeking an experienced MasterControl Administrator to own the configuration, validated state, and daily operation of our MasterControl platform at our Dallas, TX corporate headquarters. This role is in IT and administers MasterControl as the system of record for controlled documents, training, quality events, and regulated assets (equipment maintenance and calibration). Quality defines the process requirements; this role turns them into working, validated workflows.

You will drive system configuration, validation of every release and change, audit readiness, and user support.
