As a union shop affiliated with Ironworkers Local 851, we are committed to craftsmanship, safety, and providing stable, rewarding careers for skilled tradespeople.Position Summary:We are currently seeking an experienced Steel Fabricator to join our team in West Middlesex, PA. This is a union position offering competitive wages, benefits, and the opportunity to work on a wide range of structural steel projects.

Candidates should be reliable, safety-focused, and experienced in steel fabrication processes.Key Responsibilities:Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications. Lay out, measure, cut, and assemble structural steel components. Operate fabrication equipment (saws, presses, shears, ironworkers, etc.) Perform MIG, Stick, and/or TIG welding as required.

Ensure all work meets quality standards and project specifications. Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals. Qualifications:High school diploma or GED required. Minimum 2 years of steel fabrication experience preferred.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Experience with welding and fabrication tools. Strong attention to detail and work ethic. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift. Work Schedule:We operate two shifts:Day Shift: Monday–Friday. Evening Shift: Monday–Thursday(Overtime available based on workload).
