NPI & Testing – From Development to Series Production The 10-person NPI & Testing team ensures that new products are reliably transferred from development into series production. Our work takes place at the intersection of development, testing and manufacturing , where risks are identified early, transparency is created and quality requirements as well as testability are considered from the very beginning.

Working closely with hardware engineering, manufacturing and project teams, we combine strong technical understanding with structured processes. Systematic testing, clear documentation and a pragmatic focus on feasibility are key elements of our work. In short: NPI & Testing stands for successful product introductions and secure product ramp-ups, supported by reliable test equipment and assembly aids that are ready for series production.

g. cable assemblies, switch boxes, simple 3D-printed parts) Create and maintain schematics and layouts Operation & Quality Maintain, repair and refurbish test setups Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards and cost targets Maintain development and test documentation YOUR SKILLS Education / Qualifications Completed vocational training as a Mechatronics Technician or Electronics Technician for Devices and Systems , or a technical degree (e.

g. Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a comparable field) Technical Expertise Experience in building, operating or developing test fixtures and test equipment Basic knowledge of hardware and software testing as well as measurement technology Experience with schematics and layouts Basic knowledge of 3D design is an advantage Working Style & Collaboration Structured, solution-oriented approach to work Strong technical curiosity and a hands-on mindset Team-oriented, communicative and confident in documentation Language Skills Solid English skills, written and spoken
