Job description
Position Description Manage the insurance programs and project specific placements for a large civil contractor operating in over 20 states of the US and Canada . This position will report to the Director of Insurance .
Essential Duties
Apply consultative approach to m anage client insurance programs . O versee placement and management of active programs and termination of programs , including associated costs . Manage line s of commercial insurance relevant to the client including but not limited to: Commercial General Liability Builders Risk Workers Compensation Professional Liability Contractor’s Pollution Liability Commercial Automobile Liability Property Contractor’s Equipment MLI Cyber Liability Controlled Insurance Program (CIP) Leverage internal team , project resources, and client data to r eview, and evaluate appropriate contract language compliant with client’s i nsurance protocols .
Management service provider relationships and serve as the intermediary to the project team. Assist the project in providing the carrier and broker accurate premium audit data, equipment lists and completing applications as needed . Attend project risk meetings and track bids in Salesforce to identify new opportunities and provide weekly reports to the Director of insurance on all new opportunities.
Maintain all risk management information systems keeping Origami current with all projects, policies, files and updated status notes. In partnership with client , r eview, evaluate and draft responses of insurance sections of Response for Proposals ( RFP ) , Request for Quotes ( RFQ ) , and S tatement of Q ualification s (SOQ) .
Manage communication process es to deliver and resolv e sensitive and confidential client information Participate in industry events. as requested. Other activities, duties, and responsibilities as assigned. NY NJ Salary Range: $141,000-180,000 (Depending on experience) CT Salary Range: $128,000-164,000 (Depending on experience)
