The About Our clients are leading mining companies operating across Western Australia, specialising in the production, development, and exploration of precious and base metals. To support safe, efficient, and compliant operations, we are building a strong talent pool of Trainers & Assessors and Safety Advisors with proven capability in mining and construction environments.
The Opportunity These positions offer the chance to work across multiple projects, gaining hands-on experience in safety management, training delivery, and risk assessment. You will work closely with project teams and site personnel to maintain high standards of health, safety, and compliance while contributing to the development of training and induction programs.
Trainer & Assessor (Mobile and Fixed plant) Requirements We are seeking experienced Trainers & Assessors with a strong operational background and the ability to deliver effective, practical training on site. Ideal candidates will have: Certificate IV in Training & Assessment Solid experience in fixed plant operations Experience delivering training and VOCs for:
- Confined Space
- Working at Heights
- Forklifts
- Loaders
- EWPs
- Cranes / Gantry Cranes (or a combination of these) Strong knowledge of permit to work and isolation procedures Safety Advisor Requirements We are also seeking skilled Safety Advisors who can support and lead safety compliance across site operations. Ideal candidates will have: Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety Certificate IV in Training & Assessment – desirable Senior First Aid and CPR qualifications Construction site experience – desirable Previous experience in a Safety Advisor role Competent understanding of WA workplace health and safety legislation Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in HSE or training roles Experience developing internal training and induction programs Experience using STEMS - desirable Proficient in Microsoft Office Core Requirements (All Candidates) All candidates must hold: Current driver’s licence Ability to pass a PEM/DAS National Police Clearance (within 12 months) PLEASE NOTE*** Only applicants residing in WA with full Australian working rights will be reviewed.
