Shift Lead (Auxiliary)

This position involves supporting staff on shift, crisis management, direct care to program participants. The Shift Lead supports, mentors, and provides learning opportunities for staff on shift. Shift Leads also provides one-on-one support, transition planning and leads group activities including social recreation, meetings, and unit checks. The successful applicant will bring their passion for supporting youth in housing, leadership skills and desire to be a part of a large team to the role.
