Pharmacy Technician

Job Details: Job Location: Salt Lake Specialty Hospital

• Murray, UT, Position Type: Per Diem, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Under the supervision and direction of the Director of Pharmacy/ Pharmacist, he/she performs a variety of technical and clerical duties for the hospital-wide unit dose drug distribution system and intravenous admixture program. Responsible to maintain confidential reports, enter and retrieve data utilizing the computer system, prepare medications, fills automated medication dispensing system with a supply of unit dose medications, procure, and fill requests for pharmaceutical supplies and deliver supplies to nursing units.

Qualifications

High School Graduate or Equivalent Six to twelve months of pharmacy experience preferred Must be able to read, write, and speak English
