Job Summary

This position is responsible for assisting the Assistant Store Manager. The Pound Store Team Lead oversees a wide variety of production activities. Organizes the breakdown, sorting, and unsorting of donated goods received from various store locations. The Team Lead is responsible for maintaining a safe and productive work environment while processing donated goods and salvage materials.
