Senior Property Manager

The Senior Property Manager is responsible for the overall operational, financial, regulatory, and administrative oversight of a portfolio consisting of six affordable housing communities. This position will directly manage two properties totaling 37 units and provide leadership, guidance, and oversight to four additional properties totaling 115 units through collaboration with the Regional Housing Manger and site management staff and supervision of two direct reports.

The portfolio includes Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and HUD PRAC 202 communities, requiring extensive knowledge of affordable housing compliance and regulatory requirements.
