Director of Admissions

The Director of Admissions provides strategic and operational leadership for all aspects of the admissions and intake process for a nonprofit substance use disorder (SUD) treatment organization. This position is responsible for ensuring timely, compassionate, and clinically appropriate access to care while maintaining census goals, regulatory compliance, and exceptional customer service standards.

The Director oversees intake operations, case management, admissions functions, utilization review coordination and insurance verification to support organizational growth and mission fulfillment.
