SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect - Czech/Slovakia based

SAP Success. Factors is a cloud-based software for Human Capital Management, supporting topics in Human Resources, such as learning management systems, payroll, talent management, analytics, workforce planning, and more. This is a customer facing role, open to Czech-speaking candidates based in Czech Republic or Slovakia.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of Success. Factors modules (Core & Talent modules) across the full project lifecycle (according to AKT’s defined methodologies) Oversee the solution end-to-end and own cross-platform topics such as Role-Based Permission Management and Job Architecture, Instance management Conduct impact analysis of configuration changes (i.

e., how an Employee Central configuration changes affect an integration) Identify customer pain points and prepare roadmap sessions, to outline how new functionalities or module implementations can address these pain points Run process discussion and guide the customer around best practices and tools related to Success.

Factors modules Align and work closely with project managers, other consultants and relevant team members to ensure seamless implementations in concurrent projects Ensure quality of the deliverables and seek out their continuous improvement Provide technical guidance and support to other consultants Job Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in the technical implementation of SAP Success.
