Special Projects Supervisor - HTT USA

Position Overview

The Special Projects Supervisor – HTT USA runs large, complex Heat Treatment Technologies (HTT) jobs across all HTT methods (combustion, electric resistance, and induction), wherever they come up in TEAM’s Gulf, Great Lakes, and West Super Regions: turnaround (TA) and project work, large induction preheats, expansions, and other unique applications.

The supervisor also mentors technicians on billable jobs to help rebuild HTT field training, grow the overall HTT technician workforce, and increase the number of technicians who attain TEAM Level II induction certification, and supports TEAM’s national HTT growth.
