Full-Stack Web Platform Maintenance & Support Developer (React / Next.js / Ruby on Rails)

This is a remote position. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Full-Stack Developer to manage the daily performance, stability, and continuous improvement of a web-based automotive marketplace platform. This is not a pure development role—you will take ownership of the platform’s day-to-day health, including monitoring, testing, troubleshooting, and implementing small improvements across both frontend and backend systems.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Monitoring & Testing Perform daily checks on critical website functions (search, listings, checkout, user login) Identify bugs, broken flows, and performance issues Monitor uptime and ensure smooth system performance Maintenance & Support (Frontend + Backend) Maintain and support the full-stack application Work across: Frontend: React / Next.

js Backend: Ruby on Rails Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the stack Ensure API integrations function correctly Updates & Continuous Improvement Implement minor feature updates and UI enhancements Modify frontend components and backend logic as needed Improve platform performance and usability over time System Monitoring & Reliability Monitor logs, errors, and alerts Use tools like Sentry (or similar) for error tracking Proactively identify and resolve risks before impacting users Documentation & Process Improvement Maintain and update technical documentation Document fixes, updates, and known issues Contribute to improving testing and deployment workflows Requirements Technical Environment Frontend: React, Next.
