The right candidate will have the following skills: Displays competency in the RN or LPN role; Has excellent communication skills, written and verbal, for interacting with residents, families, physicians and staff. Also for documentation. Must be reliable, engaged and efficient. Completes med pass and treatments. Supervises C.N.A. staff. Updates physicians and families. Reports to the DON, must attend staff meetings and follow/respect all policies. Provide a safe, comfortable home environment to all residents.
