LPN / Medical Assistant – Allergy Injection Nurse

• Homewood or Hoover, AL clinic Join our allergy & immunology clinic as the dedicated nurse running our shot room — giving injections, supporting immunotherapy, and keeping patients safe and cared for.

What You'll Do

administer allergy injections, immunotherapy, and biologic medications under provider supervision Take vitals and assist with allergy testing (skin testing, spirometry, Niox) Monitor patients for reactions post-injection and provide follow-up care Document accurately in the EMR Educate patients on treatment plans and safety Keep the shot room stocked, clean, and compliant (including cold chain management) What You Bring Active LPN license or MA certification in Alabama Current BLS certification 1–2 years of clinical experience (outpatient/specialty preferred) Injection/immunotherapy/biologics experience a plus Comfortable with EMR documentation Strong communication and multitasking skills Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision insurance Employer HSA contribution Employer-paid life insurance 401(k) with employer match Generous PTO & paid holidays Aller.
