How you’ll contribute A Med/Surg RN who excels in this role: Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to patients with diverse medical and post-surgical needs. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote positive patient outcomes. Educate patients and families on treatments, medications, and discharge plans. Advocate for patients while fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and excellence in care. Maintains regular and reliable attendance. In addition to your base compensation, this position also offers: Eligible Differentials: $5/hour night shift, $3.50/hour weekend, Charge RN and certification pay if eligible. What we’re looking for Applicants should have a current Montana RN license or Compact RN License with Montana endorsement, and possess an Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include: Education: Bachelor of Science (BSN) preferred Certifications: BLS required upon hire; ACLS and HIHSS required within 3 months of hire; Med/Surg RN certification preferred Experience: Minimum of 1-year acute care nursing; 2-3 years of acute care nursing preferred Hiring Manager and contact information: Teri Lundgren, teri.
