MyMars/Kellanova Product Integration Lead (18 Month Project)

Job Description: The My. Mars Kellanova Product Integration Lead acts as the central hub between the My. Mars Product Team, the Kellanova EPIC Service. Now team, and the wider P&O Integration project team. The primary focus is on ensuring gap definition and cross-team collaboration to review design and implement solutions that meet integration objectives and timelines.

This is an 18 month project role with an anticipated end date of November 2027. What are we looking for? HR Product or Project management experience working on large projects 3+ yrs experience with Service. Now HRSD platform Strong stakeholder management skills are essential Experience in supporting business change, testing and communication Comfortable liaising with key functional and technical SMEs on a daily basis Experience in full lifecycle utilizing Agile Project Management (preferred) What will be your key responsibilities?

Gap Definition & Requirements: Drive the identification and definition of gaps between My Hub and Epic (KN Employee Portal). Collaborate across teams to document these gaps, forming the foundation for requirements in the design and build phases. Centralized Gatekeeping: Serve as the "front door" for all requests, protect Myhub Product team capacity by filtering ad-hoc requests, and prioritize work with relevant SMEs for discovery, design and build sessions.

Streamlined Collaboration: Facilitate effective collaboration between the My. Mars Product Team, MGS Platform, Kellanova Team, and SI partner during all phases of integration. Establish and maintain clear communication channels to ensure alignment across all parties. Stakeholder Translation: Act as a translator for stakeholders, converting technical milestones and feature trade-offs into clear business updates for the wider team and leadership.

The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment. The pay range shown is applicable to all US locations listed within the job posting:USD 134,400.
