You set your caseload. There's no ceiling on how much you can earn — the more you build, the more you make. Pay - $75–$83/hour, uncapped — income scales directly with your caseload - 20 visits/week = $83,600 - 25 visits/week = $105,500 - 30 visits/week = $125,000

• Uncapped referral bonus: $750 for every physical therapist you refer, once they complete 30 visits with Kins The Ideal Candidate Kins is looking for a Manhattan-based PT who wants to maximize their caseload and income, not just supplement it. Qualifications

• Current Licensed Physical Therapist in New York State
• Completed state-regulated CEU requirement in NYS
• BLS certification
• Ready to build toward a full caseload (20-30+ visits/week)
• Strong written & verbal communication and time management skills
• New grads welcome to apply

• Evaluate, assess progress, and provide plan of care and exercise prescription for patient caseload
• Ensure a world-class level of clinical care and patient experience
• Document all treatments in our EMR
