Eat 'N’ Go Limited is a restaurant group on a mission to become the premier food operator in Africa. So far, our growing family consists of three international brands, Domino's Pizza, Cold Stone Creamery & Pinkberry. Eat ‘N’ Go limited officially started operation in August 2012 with the premier store at 4, Saka Tinubu Victoria Island, Lagos.

Today, Eat N' Go has over 200 stores (outlet) across Nigeria a and Kenya. To lead the internal audit engagements, providing reasonable assurance on risk management, compliance with policies and procedures, and safeguarding of assets. The role involves planning, executing, and reporting on audits across all operational and support functions to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing and executing a risk-based annual audit plan covering all the Company’s operations and support functions. Conduct operational, financial, and compliance audits across outlets, commissary, supply chain, and corporate offices. Evaluate internal controls, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to mitigate risks.

Perform fraud risk assessments and investigate irregularities as required. Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, root cause analysis, and actionable recommendations. Monitor implementation of corrective actions and report status to Internal Audit & Control Manager.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen governance and compliance culture. Provide guidance and training to outlet managers and staff on internal control requirements. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Professional certifications such as CIA, ACA, ACCA, CISA, or CFE will be added advantage.

Minimum of 4 years of progressive audit experience. Familiarity with audit tools, data analytics, and risk-based auditing.
