You will own the operational backbone of an innovation program, taking emerging technologies from early hypotheses through testing, validation, and production deployment. You’ll work in a hands-on environment where physical experimentation and technical rigor are essential to success. The role involves coordinating internal teams, technology vendors, AI organizations, academic partners, and senior leadership. You’ll establish frameworks that help teams make evidence-based decisions about which innovations to advance, refine, or stop.
