We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant who takes pride in their work, values teamwork, and is committed to delivering an exceptional experience for residents, families, visitors, and fellow team members. Working alongside our Maintenance Director, you will help ensure our community remains safe, compliant, and operating at the highest standards of excellence.

What You'll Do

Partner with the Maintenance Director to complete work orders and facility projects in a timely and professional manner. Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and well-functioning environment throughout the community. Support Life Safety compliance efforts and help ensure survey readiness at all times. Perform general repairs, painting, preventative maintenance, and facility upkeep.

Help identify maintenance concerns and proactively address issues before they impact residents or operations. Contribute to a positive resident experience by responding to maintenance needs with a customer service mindset. What We're Looking For

Experience in general maintenance, repairs, painting, carpentry, or facility operations. Working knowledge of preventative maintenance and building systems. Previous experience in a healthcare, skilled nursing, senior living, or hospitality environment preferred. Strong work ethic with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
