About the role

At Kerry, we’re looking for a proactive Transport Specialist to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will coordinate transportation activities, ensure on-time shipment execution, and support customers through efficient logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and coordinate outbound shipments to meet customer and service requirements. Monitor SAP and TMS systems to manage orders, shipment creation, and transportation execution. Work closely with warehouse, QA, and carrier partners to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Investigate and resolve shipment, delivery, and order discrepancies, escalating issues when required.

Ensure accurate and complete shipping documentation, including BOLs, COAs, and ASNs. Review transportation and service performance reports, identifying risks and improvement opportunities. Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures. Participate in operational reviews and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

and skills 2+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations. Working knowledge of SAP; experience with TMS platforms, preferably E2OPEN. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Flexibility to support overtime or weekend coverage when required. Fluent English communication skills.
